At Emaar Properties, Dr. Youmni played a pivotal role in the successful development of the prestigious Burj Khalifa Downtown Boulevard, spanning an impressive 4 kilometers. Throughout this ambitious project, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by overseeing and appointing a total of 24 highly skilled consultants. The scope of the development encompassed a diverse range of elements such as roads, infrastructure, lighting, landscaping, signage, water features, parking facilities, street furniture, underground parking pop-ups, and street clocks.

One noteworthy aspect of Dr. Youmni’s involvement was his keen attention to commercial matters. He meticulously handled the appointment and contractual agreements with renowned clock consultants, OMEGA and ROLEX. Additionally, he took the initiative to appoint WET DESIGN, a world-renowned consultant, to develop the world’s highest fountain, further elevating the project’s stature.
