Dr. Youmni holds a Ph.D. in project management from RMIT University in Melbourne, in addition to MBA from Wollongong University, Master Degree in Population Studies from the Lebanese University, and a Bachelor in Business Studies from the Lebanese American University. He is also certified in Real Estate Development by MIT University and Harvard University, and in real estate investments by Oxford University. His skills have been assessed as General Manager by the Australian Institute of Management.

A strong believer in the power of continuous learning, he has completed several professional and training courses within his realm of expertise and beyond the limits of his industry, including Project Management Professional, The Prosci Change Management Sponsor, Service Leadership Workshop, The Advanced Coaching Workshop, Crucial Conversations, and Team Building & Leadership among many others.
